This foundation leads the way, ultimately, to other valuable products, including insurance (life, health, property & casualty), mutual fund investing, mortgages, and immigration services.
How Omni Started
Omni's founding partners derived the idea of offering multiple financial products under one umbrella from their experiences at Primerica Financial Services (formerly known as A.L. Williams). Marc Julceus, Allrich Rejouis, and Jacob Vital each attained the rank of Regional Vice President at Primerica before launching Omni Management. During the five years they spent at Primerica, Julceus, Rejouis, and Vital recruited, trained, and developed a sales management team to distribute insurance and investment products across North America.
Pooling their shared experience, university degrees, and desire to brighten others' financial futures, the three men founded Omni Management in 1993. The company has proven successful in a number of different branch offices, located in three different cities. As of May 2007--for the state of New Jersey alone--Omni had served over 5,000 clients in tax preparation and issued over $5 million in tax refund loan checks with BankOne/Chase.
